Community rules & content policy
Version 3.4 — June 2026
Preamble
WonderLive is a mobile social application designed to bring creators, members and communities closer, in a framework that's more direct, more readable and better protected.
This policy explains the rules applicable to content, profiles, comments, text private messages, interactions, reports and behaviour on WonderLive.
WonderLive is in progressive opening. Some features may evolve, be added or be tested later. This page does not present as active the features that are not yet available in the app.
We progressively strengthen our rules, our tools and our reporting journeys to improve the experience for adult users and, in particular, to better protect younger users. The community's involvement — reporting, blocking, alerting and adopting responsible behaviour — is essential to preserve a healthier ecosystem.
A simple principle
Creating, exchanging and debating is possible. Harassing, deceiving, exploiting, threatening, manipulating, humiliating or endangering is not.
Purpose of the policy
This policy sets the basic rules applicable to content and behaviour on WonderLive. It helps everyone understand what is encouraged, what is prohibited, how to report a problem and what measures may be taken.
It aims to protect the community without preventing creative expression, good-faith debate or constructive feedback.
Scope
These rules apply to accounts, profiles, bios, photos, videos, posts, comments, text private messages, usernames, links, reports and behaviour associated with the use of WonderLive.
Future formats or modules, such as live, revenue- or payment-related functions, tips, VIBES, subscriptions or other monetisation mechanisms, will be subject to additional rules only when they are clearly indicated as active in the app or on a dedicated official WonderLive page.
Community principles
Respect
You can criticise an idea, a piece of content or a decision without attacking, humiliating or threatening a person.
Context
WonderLive takes context into account: humour, satire, education, information, testimony, art or debate.
Responsibility
Each user remains responsible for what they post, share, comment or send in a private message.
Protection
Safety, the protection of minors and abuse prevention take precedence over the pursuit of visibility.
Content allowed under conditions
WonderLive may host creative, educational, informative, humorous, critical, artistic or documentary content, including when it addresses sensitive subjects.
Important conditions
- The context must be clear.
- The content must not glorify violence, hate, exploitation or abuse.
- Sensitive content must be presented with care and, where necessary, with a warning.
- Partnerships, sponsored content or commercial interests must be clearly disclosed where they exist.

- Calling to hurt, hit, kill, harass or intimidate.
- Glorifying a real violent act or encouraging its repetition.
- Sharing instructions to make weapons, explosives, poisons or means to cause harm.

Allowed: disagreement, reasoned criticism, firm debate, clear satire.
Prohibited: personal attack, call to harassment, targeting of a group or threat.
Sexual content, nudity and exploitation
This rule applies to the whole WonderLive community, adults and minors alike. WonderLive is not designed to publish, promote, sell or distribute sexual, sexualised, pornographic or exploitative content.
Strictly prohibited
- Pornographic, sexually explicit content or content intended to provoke a sexual interaction.
- Sexualisation of content, a profile, a staging, a product, a service, a challenge or an interaction.
- Sexual solicitation, sexual proposition, grooming, sextortion or sexual exploitation.
- Sharing, threatening to share or requesting intimate images, with or without consent.
- Nudity or sexual staging unsuited to a community that may include minors.
- Any sexual or sexualised content involving, appearing to involve, targeting or depicting a minor.
Content related to health, education, prevention, art or testimony may be allowed only when it is non-exploitative, non-pornographic, non-sexualised, clearly contextualised and suited to the intended audience.
Minors: any sexualisation, solicitation, manipulation or exploitation involving a minor is treated as a serious risk and refers to the detailed rules on the Child Safety page.
Protection of minors
WonderLive pays particular attention to minors. Any content, message, solicitation or behaviour directed at a minor that is malicious, violent, toxic, humiliating, demeaning, degrading, manipulative, sexual, dangerous or likely to affect their physical or mental wellbeing is taken very seriously.
Reinforced rules
- No sexual solicitation, grooming or manipulation of a minor.
- No attempt to bypass parental consent, supervision or a safety safeguard.
- No dangerous, humiliating or degrading staging of minors to gain visibility.
- No violent, sexualised, toxic, demeaning or humiliating content involving minors.
- No encouragement of isolation, self-harm, endangerment, harassment or harmful behaviour for a young user.
This section sets the general behavioural framework applicable to the whole platform. Detailed rules about age, parental consent, serious reports, CSAE / CSAM standards and operational child safety are specified on the Child Safety page.
Weapons, drugs and dangerous activities
Prohibited
- Sale, purchase, promotion or trafficking of weapons, explosives, illegal drugs or dangerous substances.
- Instructions to make, hide, use or misuse dangerous objects.
- Challenges or behaviour encouraging self-harm, suicide or serious endangerment.
- Promotion of dangerous use of medication or substances.
Prevention, education, harm reduction, testimony or documentary content may be allowed when it does not provide dangerous instructions and does not promote illicit use.
Fraud, scams and impersonation
Prohibited
- Phishing, account theft or attempts to recover passwords.
- Impersonation, misleading fake profile or imitation of a brand / person.
- False financial, medical, professional or commercial promises.
- Scams, fake contests, pyramid schemes, blackmail or sextortion.
- Counterfeiting, fake documents or illegal services.
Commercial content, affiliations or partnerships must be transparent, honest and compliant with applicable rules.
Dangerous misinformation
WonderLive does not remove content simply because it expresses an opinion, a criticism or a disagreement. However, we may act against clear false information that creates a serious risk of harm.
Examples of risks
- False information that may endanger health or safety.
- False information about a crisis, an emergency or an immediate danger.
- Manipulation intended to cause panic, violence or harassment.
- Misleading content related to an important civic or administrative procedure.
Copyright and intellectual property
Users must respect the copyright, trademarks, images, videos, music, text and creations of third parties.
Prohibited
Copying, publishing or exploiting protected content without authorisation, or implying a non-existent affiliation.
Possible under conditions
Quotation, criticism, parody, commentary, educational use or a valid licence, depending on applicable law and context.
For a request related to an intellectual-property right: support@wonderlive.io.
Reporting
WonderLive provides tools to report content, a profile, a comment or a text private message when a user believes it violates the rules.
To provide if possible
- The content or account concerned.
- The reason for the report.
- Context useful for the review.
- Any urgent risk to a person or a minor.
A report does not automatically lead to a sanction. It triggers a review based on severity, context and available information.
Blocking
Blocking lets a user limit interactions with another account. It can reduce exposure to unwanted contacts, messages, comments or interactions depending on the available features.
Blocking a person does not replace a report when content or behaviour seems dangerous, illegal, abusive or involving a minor.
Moderation and possible measures
WonderLive may review reported content, restrict its visibility, request a correction, remove content, limit certain features, temporarily suspend an account or permanently delete an account in case of serious or repeated violation.
Graduated measures
Warning, correction, removal, limitation, temporary suspension or account restriction.
Immediate measures
Possible in case of serious danger, exploitation of minors, threat, fraud, serious harassment or legal obligation.
Depending on the case, the review may be manual, assisted by technical tools or triggered by a report. No platform can guarantee perfect or instant moderation.
Appeals and contestation
A user can request explanations or contest a moderation decision if they believe an error was made.
Support contact: support@wonderlive.io
Please include your account, the content concerned, the contested decision and any useful context.
