Privacy Policy
Version 2.3 — June 2026
Preamble
WonderLive Sàrl ("WonderLive", "we", "our") operates a mobile social application and the wonderlive.io website. This policy explains how we collect, use, retain, share and protect the personal data related to our services.
It applies to the WonderLive website, the WonderLive mobile app, user accounts, profiles, published content, comments, text private messages, safety features, minor/parent journeys and support.
WonderLive is in its first progressive opening phase. Some advanced features may be prepared or tested progressively, but they are only treated in this policy as active when they are effectively available in the app or clearly indicated as active on a dedicated official WonderLive page.
This policy should be read together with the Parents, Child Safety, Content Policy, Account Deletion, Cookies and applicable Terms pages. It does not present VIBES, tips, wallet, payments, creator revenue, live, subscriptions, marketplace or advertising as active until those functions are effectively open.

Data we collect
The data collected depends on your actual use of WonderLive.
Account and identity
Email address, login credentials, username, display name, profile picture, bio, links, date of birth, country of residence and account settings.
Content and interactions
Photos, videos, text, comments, subscriptions, followers, reactions, badges, XP and text private messages when you use these features or when a limited safety review is necessary after a report.

Technical data
IP address, device type, operating system, app version, technical logs, essential cookies and data useful for service stability.
Creator-related data
When you use WonderLive as a creator, certain additional data may be processed to manage your profile, your content and your interactions with the community.
- Creator profile information, bio, public links and published content.
- Interactions with members: comments, replies, subscriptions, text private messages and any reports.
- Data from participation in cohorts or test programs, for example Mission 300, when you apply or are invited to take part.
- Quality and safety data necessary for moderation, support and community protection.
This section does not mean that creator revenue, payouts, KYC/AML, tips, VIBES, wallet or payments are active in the first public/store build.
Data related to minors and parents
WonderLive pays particular attention to minors. The minimum sign-up age depends on the country of residence and applicable local law. We process certain data in order to verify age, apply the appropriate safeguards, manage parental supervision where required and handle safety-related reports.
Minors
Date of birth, country of residence, minor/adult status, applicable safeguards, reports, blocks, safety alerts and support requests related to account protection.
Parents or guardians
Data needed for linking, parental consent, supervision, parental requests, restrictions or deletion of the minor account when the journey requires it.
Minor accounts must be framed by the journey provided in the app: age declaration, parental validation or linking where required, minor safeguards, reporting, blocking and parental requests. If a child is in immediate danger, emergency services or competent authorities must be contacted without delay.
Mobile permissions
WonderLive only requests the permissions needed at the right moment, depending on the action you perform.
Camera
To take a photo or video to publish or add to your profile.
Microphone
Only when you record a video with sound.
Photos / media
To select images or videos from your device.
Notifications
To inform you of activity related to your account, your interactions and safety.

Dedicated page: Account deletion
Support: support@wonderlive.io
A 30-day grace period may apply after the request is confirmed. Some content may be deleted, anonymised or emptied in order to preserve the consistency of exchanges with other users, prevent abuse, document a serious report or comply with our legal obligations. For minor accounts, a parental request may also be handled via the dedicated contacts.
Cookies and audience measurement
We use essential cookies necessary for the site to function. Non-essential cookies or audience-measurement technologies are used according to your consent choices.
Real cookie banner
The site's cookie banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. The choice is saved in a WonderLive consent cookie to avoid asking for the same choice on every visit.
Matomo audience measurement
We may use Matomo to understand how the site is used and improve the experience. When consent is required, Matomo is only loaded after acceptance from the cookie banner or when an accepted consent is already present. Refusal prevents Matomo from loading for non-essential measurement.
This audience measurement is not IDFA/ATT advertising tracking and does not mean WonderLive uses targeted advertising or advertising profiling in the first public/store build. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
Marketing and communications
We may send you communications related to your account, safety or the service. Non-essential marketing or informational communications are sent only where applicable law or your consent allows it.
- Messages related to the account, safety, support or important service changes.
- Information about test programs, waitlists or cohorts when you sign up for them.
- Marketing communications only under the conditions permitted by law and with the ability to unsubscribe where applicable.
Your rights
Depending on applicable laws, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing, portability of your data and the withdrawal of your consent where processing is based on it.
To exercise your rights
Write to: privacy@wonderlive.io
We may ask you for additional information to verify your identity and protect your account.

Depending on your country of residence, you may benefit from additional data-protection rights or guarantees.

European Union
You may contact the competent data-protection authority in your country of residence.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption of exchanges where applicable, limitation of internal access, role-based controls, abuse monitoring, support procedures and reasonable security measures suited to the stage of the service.
No platform can guarantee absolute security. Our goal is to reduce risks, detect abuse, handle reports and continuously improve our protections.
