Pioneer Creators Terms

Version 2.2 — June 2026

Preamble

WonderLive is a mobile social platform in progressive opening. The Pioneer Creators program aims to organise a first framework of participation with selected creators, without creating any economic promise, result or immediate availability of all features.

This page complements the Terms of Use, the Creator Terms, the Content Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, the Child Safety page, the Account Deletion page and the rules applicable to the first public version of WonderLive.

The Terms of Use set the general framework; the Creator Terms govern creator use; these Pioneer Creators Terms only apply to the pioneer program / Mission 300 when a creator is actually concerned.

Core principle: clarify the program, protect creators, protect users, stay consistent with the actual build and avoid any unvalidated promise of revenue, visibility, audience, tips, VIBES, payment or automatic benefit.

1

Purpose of this page

This page presents the public framework of the WonderLive Pioneer Creators program, including when it is associated with the Mission 300 initiative.

It explains what the program enables, what it does not promise, the rules applicable to selected creators, the limits of early access and the WonderLive documents to comply with.

What this page explains

It helps creators, their teams and, where a minor is concerned, parents or legal representatives, understand the conditions of participation before an application or an invitation.

2

Nature of the Pioneer Creators program

The program is a framed phase of early access, testing, feedback and co-building around WonderLive.

It does not constitute an employment contract, a commercial mandate, an exclusivity relationship, a paid partnership, a promise of visibility or a guarantee of monetisation.

Participation is selective; the program may evolve in cohorts; some features may be limited, unavailable or activated progressively; public, store, product, safety, Creator Terms and compliance rules always prevail.

3

Relationship with Mission 300

Mission 300 refers to a first-creator-circles initiative intended to organise field feedback, usage tests and progressive co-building.

Mission 300 must not be understood as a promise of acceptance, immediate activation, revenue, audience, visibility or automatic access to revenue- or payment-related functions.

Reference wording

Pioneer creators can test WonderLive early, share their feedback and contribute to the first uses, within a progressive and secure framework.

4

Who the program is for

The program is aimed at creators, creative profiles, collectives, emerging talents or established creators that WonderLive wishes to invite into its first test and onboarding cycles.

WonderLive may prioritise certain profiles based on editorial consistency, community maturity, availability, the ability to provide useful feedback, compliance with the rules and product test needs.

An application does not guarantee acceptance; an invitation does not guarantee immediate access to all features; a creator may be accepted, put on hold, declined or redirected to another journey.

5

Application and selection

WonderLive may request information necessary to review an application: identity or creator name, email, country, age or majority where necessary, public links, topics, declared audience, motivation, availability and support needs.

Selection relies on a qualitative and operational assessment. It may take into account safety, compliance, the quality of exchanges, profile relevance and the ability to take part usefully in the first uses.

Submitted information must be accurate and not misleading; WonderLive may request additions; WonderLive may decline or postpone an application without an obligation of detailed justification; any false statement may lead to a refusal or suspension.

6

Acceptance, status and no automatic right

Pioneer Creator status is only granted after explicit acceptance by WonderLive, by email, notification, document or another official channel.

This status is personal, non-transferable and tied to the accepted profile, account or representative. It cannot be sold, assigned, rented or claimed by a third party without WonderLive's agreement.

No automatic right

Being an applicant, registered, invited to talk, present in a list, a member of a community or a WonderLive user does not automatically grant access to the program.

7

Early access and support

Selected creators may benefit, subject to actual availability, from early access to certain journeys, tests, exchanges, briefs, product feedback or support sessions.

Support may help understand the product, test uses, report difficulties, improve the creator experience and prepare the next steps.

Early access depends on the actual build; some features may be absent, hidden or limited; bugs, adjustments or interface changes may exist; WonderLive may limit access for technical, store, safety, minor or compliance reasons.

8

Expected contribution from creators

Pioneer creators are invited to contribute constructively: test the experience, post when available, report problems, share feedback and help WonderLive understand real uses.

This contribution remains voluntary, unless a specific separate agreement applies. It does not create an obligation of result.

Useful contributions

Feedback on onboarding; feedback on posting, profile, comments or messages; bug or risk reports; feedback on understanding the rules.

What is not required

Promoting WonderLive publicly; guaranteeing an audience; posting a fixed unagreed volume; exclusivity with WonderLive.

9

Behaviour rules

Participating creators must respect other users, the WonderLive teams, other creators, minors and the communities present on the platform.

In particular, the following are incompatible with the program: harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, fraud, spam, metric manipulation, impersonation, misleading content or behaviour that puts users' safety at risk.

WonderLive may restrict, suspend or withdraw access in case of non-compliance with the rules, user risk or violation of the applicable documents.

10

Content, compliance and safety

Content published or prepared as part of the program must comply with the Content Policy, the Creator Terms, child-safety rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy, commercial transparency obligations and applicable laws.

Sponsored or commercial content must be clearly disclosed where law or good practice requires; content involving minors must follow reinforced caution; sexual, sexualised, pornographic, exploitative content or content incompatible with the WonderLive framework is not allowed; medical, financial, legal or sensitive content must avoid misleading promises; copyright, neighbouring rights, trademarks, music, sounds, videos, images, works, excerpts, performances, artists, performers, producers and third-party content must be respected; WonderLive may remove, restrict or make inaccessible content in case of a report, serious doubt, a rightsholder claim or an alleged infringement of a third party's rights.

Safety first

WonderLive may act faster when content or behaviour presents a risk to a minor, a vulnerable person, a user, a third party's rights or platform safety.

11

Potential program benefits

Depending on product phases, validations and operational capacities, pioneer creators may, in some cases, benefit from non-automatic, non-guaranteed and non-permanent benefits.

Early access to certain tests; priority feedback channels; onboarding support; participation in certain product reflections; possible status recognition within the WonderLive experience, if available; consideration of feedback to influence the first uses.

These benefits may vary by cohort, country, build, profile, store rules, safety, compliance and product priorities.

12

Non-guaranteed benefits and limits

The program guarantees no economic, commercial, social or visibility result.

Not guaranteed

Revenue or compensation; audience or growth; promotion; definitive acceptance; activation of future functions; uninterrupted availability.

May change

Program scope; benefits; selection criteria; available tools; access rules; applicable documents.

13

Future monetisation, tips and VIBES

WonderLive is progressively preparing revenue- or payment-related functions around creators, but these must not be considered available until they are activated, tested, validated and framed.

At this stage, VIBES, tips, payments, wallet, in-app purchases, withdrawals and creator revenue are not presented as available to everyone.

No revenue, rate, economic benefit, preferential commission, visibility or promotion is guaranteed; no fixed VIBES ↔ EUR/CHF or any other currency value is announced; VIBES are not a currency, a cryptocurrency, a financial asset, stored value, an investment or a promise of return; if revenue- or payment-related functions are offered later, they may be subject to external fees, platform rules, taxes, thresholds, KYC / AML, identity verification, delays, controls and specific conditions; minors may be excluded or strongly limited on these functions according to applicable rules.

Dedicated conditions

Any future economic benefit must be explained in dedicated conditions or rules before being presented as available.

14

Personal data and related documents

Participation in the program may involve the processing of data related to the application, the creator profile, exchanges with WonderLive, product feedback, reports, support and safety.

These processing activities are governed by the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy when the site is used, the Terms of Use and the content rules.

Related documents: Terms of Use · Creator Terms · Privacy · Cookies · Content Policy · Child Safety · Account Deletion.

15

Modification, suspension or termination of the program

WonderLive may evolve, limit, suspend or terminate the program for reasons of product, safety, compliance, store rules, organisation, strategy, technical availability, user protection or legal constraints.

Where possible and appropriate, WonderLive will seek to inform the creators concerned of significant changes.

Access may be suspended in case of abuse or risk; a benefit may be adapted or replaced; a cohort may be postponed; publishing this page does not create an obligation to accept a set number of creators; rules that better protect users and minors always prevail.
