Creator Terms of Use

Version 2.5 — June 2026

Preamble

WonderLive is a mobile social platform in progressive opening. These Creator Terms simply explain what a creator can do on WonderLive, what they must comply with and what the service does not promise.

They complement the Terms of Use and the specialised WonderLive pages. The Terms of Use set the general framework; dedicated pages prevail for the topics they specifically cover, notably content, minors, personal data, cookies, account deletion, safety and conditions related to pioneer creators.

They take into account WonderLive's current stage: the service evolves progressively, some features are not yet available, and the safety of users, in particular minors, remains a priority.

Core principle: this page informs creators without promising revenue, audience, visibility, tips, VIBES or payments. These functions must only be considered available if they are clearly indicated as active in the app or on a dedicated official WonderLive page.

1

Purpose of this page

These Creator Terms of Use explain the rules applicable to people who use WonderLive as a creator. They complement the Terms of Use applicable to all users, as well as the Content Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Child Safety page, the Cookies Policy and the account-deletion rules.

What this page explains

It helps creators understand the rules related to their account, their content, their responsibilities and the functions that may evolve with WonderLive.

2

Scope

These rules apply to creators, creative profiles, collectives, teams or representatives who publish, prepare, test or use WonderLive in a creator context.

  • Creating and managing a creator account.
  • Publishing content and interacting with the community.
  • Compliance of content, behaviour and collaborations.
  • Reporting, blocking, moderation, restriction and suspension rules.
  • Revenue- or payment-related functions, only if clearly indicated as active by WonderLive.
3

Relationship with the Terms of Use

Creators remain subject to WonderLive's Terms of Use. These Creator Terms add specific rules related to publishing, the relationship with the community, sponsored content, third-party rights and creator-oriented functions.

The Terms of Use define the general framework. Specialised pages detail the topics they cover and should be consulted when a topic concerns personal data, cookies, minors, safety, content, account deletion, pioneer creators or revenue- and payment-related functions.

In case of contradiction between several documents, the rules that best protect users, minors, safety, compliance and WonderLive prevail. Related documents: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Content Policy, Child Safety, Account Deletion and Pioneer Creators Terms when published, accessible and applicable to the creator concerned.

4

Who this page is for

This page is for creators who wish to use WonderLive to share content, build a community, test uses or take part in framed creator journeys: independent creators; emerging creative profiles; established creators; teams, collectives or creator representatives; creators invited into a cohort or test program.

Creating a creator account or taking part in a program does not guarantee acceptance, activation, visibility, audience, revenue or immediate access to all functions.

5

Creating and managing a creator account

To use certain creator functions, the user may need to create an account, provide accurate information, keep it up to date and comply with the applicable rules.

  • Do not impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Do not create a misleading, fraudulent account or one intended to bypass a restriction.
  • Protect your credentials and notify WonderLive of any unauthorised use.
  • Follow the verification or safety journeys requested where necessary.

WonderLive may limit, suspend or request clarification on an account if information appears inaccurate, abusive, misleading or dangerous.

6

Eligibility, age and professional status

Access to certain creator journeys may depend on age, country of residence, local rules, account status and the type of content published.

  • Minors may be subject to specific rules and parental supervision where required.
  • Some creator functions may be disabled or limited for minors.
  • A creator remains responsible for their professional, tax, social or administrative obligations where these apply.
  • WonderLive may request additional information if a sensitive function becomes available later.

Payment- or revenue-related functions, if they become available, may require additional verification. This does not mean they are available today.

7

Content published by creators

Creators are responsible for the content they publish, upload, share, comment on or make accessible via WonderLive.

  • Publish only content they have the right to use.
  • Respect the law, copyright, neighbouring rights, image rights, privacy, trademarks and community rules.
  • Do not publish illegal, dangerous, misleading, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, sexual, sexualised, pornographic, exploitative content or content incompatible with the WonderLive framework.
  • Never publish, solicit, relay or encourage content involving the exploitation, sexualisation, endangerment or abuse of minors.
  • Adapt content when the intended audience or context requires heightened care.

Basic rule

Content can be creative, critical, funny, educational or committed, but it must remain legal, respectful of people, non-sexual / non-sexualised and compatible with community safety.

8

Rights over content and third-party content

The creator keeps their rights over the content they publish. By using WonderLive, they simply authorise WonderLive to display, host, moderate and operate this content within the normal scope of the service.

This authorisation serves only the operation of WonderLive, safety, moderation, support, compliance and service improvement.

  • The creator must have the necessary permissions before publishing or reusing content.
  • This includes music, sounds, videos, images, photographs, artistic works, excerpts, trademarks, logos, performances, content of creators, artists, performers, producers, partners or other third parties.
  • The creator must respect copyright, neighbouring rights, licences, broadcast permissions, image rights, trademark rights and the rules applicable to sponsored content.
  • WonderLive may remove, restrict or make inaccessible content in case of a report, serious doubt, a rightsholder claim or an alleged infringement of a third party's rights.
  • Deleting an account may lead to the deletion, anonymisation or limited retention of certain elements where necessary for safety, compliance or the consistency of exchanges.

Important

WonderLive does not automatically validate that each piece of music, excerpt, image, work or trademark used by a creator is authorised. The creator remains responsible for the third-party content they use.

9

Behaviour rules and compliance

Creators must behave in a way compatible with the safety, trust, transparency and respect of the WonderLive community.

  • No harassment, threats, intimidation or incitement to hate.
  • No artificial manipulation of audience, accounts, signals or metrics.
  • No fraud, scam, false promise, impersonation or deceptive practice.
  • No bypassing of restrictions, safety tools or moderation decisions.
  • Compliance with the rules applicable to sponsored content, partnerships, contests, promotions and recommendations.
10

Sponsored content, partnerships and transparency

When a creator publishes sponsored content, a collaboration, a placement, a paid recommendation or a benefit received from a third party, they must make it clear to their community where law or good practice requires it.

  • Use understandable mentions such as partnership, sponsored, advertising or collaboration where necessary.
  • Do not hide a significant commercial relationship.
  • Do not make promises of result, revenue, health, investment, performance, visibility or conversion without a legitimate basis.
  • Comply with the specific rules applicable to sensitive sectors.
  • Comply with third-party rights rules when music, images, trademarks, products, works or excerpts are used in commercial content.

WonderLive may limit or remove commercial content if it presents a legal, safety, deception, user-confusion or third-party-rights risk.

11

Reporting, moderation, restrictions and suspension

WonderLive may receive reports, review certain content or accounts, apply restrictions, request corrections, limit a feature or suspend an account depending on the severity of the situation.

  • Reporting content, a profile or a message where available.
  • User blocking where available.
  • Restriction of visibility or functionality.
  • Removal or limitation of content.
  • Handling of reports related to copyright, neighbouring rights, trademarks, image rights or third-party content.
  • Temporary suspension or account closure in case of serious risk, repeated violation or legal obligation.

Decisions may depend on context, severity, available evidence, legal obligations, claims received, third-party rights and user safety.

12

Minor safety and creator responsibilities

Creators must be particularly vigilant when their content, exchanges or communities may concern minors.

  • Strict prohibition of any content or behaviour involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Prohibition of grooming, dangerous solicitation, harassment or endangerment.
  • Prohibition of sexual, sexualised, humiliating, dangerous or unsuitable content involving or targeting minors.
  • Heightened caution on violent, degrading, manipulative, humiliating, dangerous content or content likely to affect a young user's wellbeing.
  • Compliance with the reporting, blocking, supervision or restriction tools offered by WonderLive.

Zero tolerance

Any content or behaviour related to the sexual exploitation of minors may lead to immediate removal, suspension, a report to the competent authorities and the retention of the elements necessary for safety or compliance.

13

Revenue- and payment-related functions

WonderLive may prepare revenue- or payment-related functions for creators. They must not be considered available until they are clearly indicated as active in the app or on a dedicated official WonderLive page.

  • No revenue- or payment-related function creates a revenue guarantee.
  • No visibility, audience, performance, conversion or economic result is guaranteed.
  • Some functions may be limited to certain countries, profiles, test groups or validated accounts.
  • Dedicated rules may be published before their availability.
  • Specialised rules related to pioneer creators or a specific program prevail only when published, accessible and applicable to the creator concerned.

This page sets the general framework. Dedicated rules may be added before any revenue- or payment-related function is made available.

14

Tips, VIBES, payments and withdrawals

At this stage, VIBES, tips, payments, wallet, in-app purchases, withdrawals and creator revenue are not presented as available to everyone.

  • VIBES must not be understood as a currency, a cryptocurrency, a financial asset, an investment, stored value or a promise of gain.
  • No fixed value between VIBES and the euro, the Swiss franc or any other currency is publicly announced.
  • If tips or payments become available later, they may depend on specific rules: stores, payment providers, taxes, external fees, delays, thresholds, KYC / AML or security checks.
  • Any commission, fee, share or economic benefit must be confirmed in dedicated rules before being presented as applicable.
  • Minors may be excluded or strongly limited on these functions according to applicable rules.

Key point

This page does not mean that tips, VIBES, payments, withdrawals, creator revenue or commissions are already available. These elements must only be considered active if they are clearly indicated as such in the app or on a dedicated official WonderLive page.

15

Personal data, privacy and cookies

Using a creator account involves the processing of certain data necessary for the operation of the service, safety, support, reports, moderation, the improvement of WonderLive and, where applicable, the management of a program or an application.

  • Data is described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookies Policy.
  • Rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability may be exercised according to applicable rules.
  • Some requests may require verification to protect the account concerned.

For any question related to personal data: privacy@wonderlive.io.

16

Account deletion and end of use

A creator can request the deletion of their account from the app, or via the dedicated public page when they cannot access their account.

  • A 30-day grace period may apply.
  • Reconnecting during this period may allow the request to be cancelled when this option is available.
  • Some content or technical elements may be deleted, anonymised or retained in a limited way to preserve safety, the consistency of exchanges, abuse prevention or legal obligations.
  • Deletion may end associated creator access, programs, invitations or statuses.

Dedicated page: see the Account deletion page for the practical steps.

17

Liability, no warranty and service evolution

WonderLive is an evolving service. Functions, creator journeys, rules and programs may change over time.

  • WonderLive does not guarantee revenue, audience, visibility, growth, performance or monetisation.
  • WonderLive does not guarantee permanent or uninterrupted availability.
  • The creator remains responsible for their content, statements, collaborations, legal obligations and use of the service.
  • WonderLive may modify, limit, suspend or stop a function if necessary.

Significant changes may be communicated where necessary. This does not create an obligation to maintain a function, program or benefit indefinitely.

18

Contacts, applicable law and updates

For any question about the Creator Terms or creator use of WonderLive, the following contacts can be used depending on the topic.

These Terms should be read together with the other WonderLive legal pages when published and accessible on the site. They may be updated to follow the evolution of the service, applicable rules, creator features, safety practices and specialised pages.
