Child Safety & CSAE/CSAM Standards
Version 2.1 — June 2026
Preamble
App concerned
- App: WonderLive
- Developer: WonderLive Sàrl
- Type: mobile social platform
- Contacts: minors@wonderlive.io · safety@wonderlive.io
WonderLive aims to build a clearer, better-framed and safer social app for creators, members and communities. Protecting minors is part of the trust foundation of the service.
This page complements the Privacy Policy, the Content Policy, the Parents page, the account deletion page and the applicable Terms. It does not replace local laws or the emergency procedures of the competent authorities.
No platform can guarantee absolute safety. WonderLive combines prevention, public rules, reporting, blocking, parental supervision where required, human review where necessary and support to reduce risks and act in case of abuse.
Purpose and scope
These standards apply to accounts, profiles, published content, comments, private text messages, reports, blocks, minor accounts, parent accounts and interactions available on WonderLive.
Core principle
WonderLive applies a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse, sexual solicitation of minors, distribution of sexual content involving minors and any behaviour likely to put a child at risk.
Minimum age and registration
The minimum registration age depends on the country of residence and the applicable local law. During registration, WonderLive asks for the date of birth and may block a registration attempt when the declared age is below the applicable threshold.
When the account belongs to a minor, certain social features may be limited, blocked or subject to parental validation according to the flow planned in the app.
Age and supervision rules may change depending on countries, app versions and applicable legal obligations.
Parental linking when required
When parental linking is required, the minor account cannot normally access the relevant social features until validation is complete.
Minor flow
- Declaration of age and country of residence.
- Display or entry of a linking code when the flow requires it.
- Limited access until the required link is validated.
Parent flow
- Creation or use of a parent or legal guardian account.
- Validation of the link with the child when the flow requires it.
- Management of certain permissions, requests or restrictions related to the minor account.
Parental supervision tools
When parental supervision is active, the parent or guardian may have tools suited to the stage of the app and to applicable rules.
- Manage the parental link and certain permissions of the minor account.
- Receive or view certain alerts related to account safety when the feature is available.
- Limit, suspend or request deletion of the minor account according to the planned flow.
- Contact WonderLive for any request relating to the child’s data or safety.
Parental supervision is not designed as permanent surveillance of the child. It aims to give families clear reference points, limits and means of action.
Awareness for young users
WonderLive encourages young users to adopt cautious behaviour: not sharing sensitive personal information, not responding to a worrying solicitation, blocking a problematic user and asking a trusted adult for help.
Key point
A minor should never be encouraged to share intimate images, private contact details, school information, address, passwords or content that could expose them to risk.
Strictly prohibited content and behaviour
WonderLive explicitly prohibits any form of CSAE and CSAM, including content, behaviour, solicitations or exchanges that may contribute to the exploitation or sexual abuse of minors.
Prohibited content
- Images, videos, text, edits or AI-generated content depicting or sexualising a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, threatening to share or possessing intimate content involving a minor.
- Links or indications aimed at accessing this type of content outside the app.
Prohibited behaviour
- Grooming, predation, manipulation or attempts to gain a minor’s trust for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, blackmail, pressure, threats or exploitation of intimate images.
- Sexual solicitation, requests for risky meetings or inappropriate interaction targeting a minor.
These prohibitions apply even if the content is presented as humorous, artistic, private, automatically generated, deleted afterwards or moved to an external service.
Built-in reporting
Any user can report content, a profile, a comment or an interaction that seems inappropriate, dangerous or contrary to WonderLive’s rules. Reports involving a minor are handled as a priority.
| Situation | Action |
|---|---|
| Problematic content or comment | Report directly from the app when the option is available. |
| Suspicious profile | Report the profile and block the user if necessary. |
| Emergency or no access | Write to safety@wonderlive.io with the subject “Child safety”. |
Immediate danger
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services, law enforcement or the competent authority in your country without delay. A WonderLive report does not replace an urgent alert to the authorities.
Blocking and restrictions
Users have tools to block another user, limit incoming interactions and reduce exposure to problematic behaviour. Reported accounts may be restricted, suspended or deleted depending on the seriousness of the situation and the applicable framework.
For minor accounts, additional restrictions may apply in order to limit exposure to unwanted interactions or inappropriate content.
Moderation and priority handling
WonderLive may use automated controls, user reports, internal checks and human review where necessary. Cases involving a risk to a minor are prioritised.
Detection
Identify content or behaviour at risk.
Review
Examine the context where possible and appropriate.
Action
Limit, remove, suspend or escalate depending on severity.
This wording does not mean that all content is checked before publication, nor that perfect moderation is guaranteed.
CSAM / CSAE and cooperation with authorities
When a report, a detection or information suggests that content or behaviour may involve the exploitation or sexual abuse of a minor, WonderLive treats it as a priority.
- Priority review of the reported content, profile, message or context.
- Removal, restriction, suspension or deletion depending on the severity of the facts.
- Limited retention of necessary elements where required or permitted by the applicable framework.
- Reporting to or cooperation with the competent authorities or authorised bodies, in accordance with applicable laws.
Cooperation with authorities depends on the applicable legal framework, the nature of the report, the relevant jurisdiction and the available official channels.
Private messages, context and safety
Private text messages may be subject to reporting. When necessary to handle a report or a safety situation, WonderLive may review a limited context in order to understand the situation.
This processing must remain proportionate to the safety need, limited to authorised persons and aligned with the Privacy Policy.
Sensitive features not open to minors by default
WonderLive does not present VIBES, tips, payments, wallet, in-app purchases, withdrawals or creator revenue as available to minors in the first public experience.
Any change related to revenue, payments, live, subscriptions, marketplace, advertising or commercial formats will need a specific framing before being presented as active for minor accounts.
Privacy, data and account deletion
Reports and moderation actions may require the limited processing of data related to the account, content, profile, reported messages or context strictly necessary for the review.
Parents or legal guardians can request the deletion of a minor’s account. For more information, see the Account deletion page and the Privacy Policy.
