Last updated: June 2026
App concerned
App : WonderLive
Developer : WonderLive Sàrl
Type : mobile social platform
Safety contact : contact@wonderlive.io
Purpose and scope
WonderLive is a mobile social platform that lets users create a profile, post photos and videos, discover content, comment and exchange private messages.
These standards apply to all users, content, profiles, private messages, comments, reports, minor accounts, parent accounts and interactions available on WonderLive.
Core principle
WonderLive enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual exploitation, sexual abuse of minors, solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, the distribution of sexual content involving minors, and any behaviour that may put a child at risk.
How WonderLive protects minors
Minimum age verified at registration
- The minimum registration age depends on the country of residence, notably 15 in France; it generally ranges from 13 to 16 depending on the country, in line with the GDPR.
- The date of birth is collected and verified at account creation.
- Any registration attempt below the applicable minimum age is blocked.
Mandatory parental link
- Minor accounts cannot be activated without a validated parental link.
- A parent or legal guardian must create a supervision account.
- The child receives a code that they provide to the parent to establish the link.
- Until the link is active, social features remain unavailable.
Parental supervision tools
Once the parental link is established, the parent or legal guardian can:
- manage the parental link and the permissions of their child's account;
- receive security alerts (new device login) and their child's requests (extra time, access, etc.);
- limit the account's screen time, or block / suspend the account;
- request deletion of the account at any time.
Awareness for young users
When registering a minor account, the user accepts an age-appropriate charter reminding them of:
- content not to share, in particular personal information and sensitive photos;
- behaviours to report;
- how to ask for help from a trusted adult.
Blocking and restrictions
Users have tools to block another user, limit the interactions they receive and restrict the visibility of their profile. Accounts reported for inappropriate behaviour may be restricted, suspended or deleted depending on the severity of the violation.
Strictly prohibited content and behaviour
WonderLive explicitly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including content, behaviour, solicitation or exchanges that could contribute to the exploitation or sexual abuse of minors.
Prohibited content
- Images, videos, texts or edits depicting or sexualising a minor.
- Real, fictional, AI-generated or modified content involving a minor in a sexual context.
- Sharing, requesting, threatening to share or possessing intimate content involving a minor.
- Links, invitations or pointers aimed at accessing such content outside the app.
Prohibited behaviour
- Grooming, predation, manipulation or attempts to build trust with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, blackmail, pressure, threats or exploitation of intimate images.
- Sexual solicitation, requests for risky meetings, trafficking or sexual exploitation of a minor.
- Harassment, pressure or inappropriate interaction targeting a minor.
- Any behaviour seeking to circumvent reporting, blocking or moderation tools.
These prohibitions apply even when the content is presented as humorous, artistic, private, automatically generated, deleted afterwards or moved to an external service.
Content moderation
All content published on WonderLive, in particular photos, videos, comments and profiles, goes through a moderation system combining automated checks and human review when necessary.
Automated filters
Detection of prohibited or at-risk content before or after publication.
Human review
Priority review of reported or sensitive content.
Visible status
The publication status can be shown to the user: pending, approved or rejected.
Built-in reporting system
Any user can report, in just a few taps, content or an interaction that seems inappropriate, dangerous or contrary to WonderLive's rules. Reports concerning the safety of minors are handled as a priority by our moderation team.
| Situation | Available action |
|---|---|
| Inappropriate photo, video or post | Report the content directly from the app. |
| Problematic comment | Report the comment or the user concerned. |
| Suspicious profile | Report the profile and, if necessary, block the user. |
| Message, harassment or inappropriate interaction | Report the message or conversation from the app, then block the user if necessary. |
| Unable to access the app | Email contact@wonderlive.io with the subject "Child safety / CSAE". |
Immediate danger
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services, law enforcement or the competent authority in your country without delay. Reporting within WonderLive does not replace an urgent alert to the authorities.
Priority handling and action against CSAM
When a report, detection or piece of information suggests that content or behaviour may involve the exploitation or sexual abuse of a minor, WonderLive treats it as a priority.
- Priority review of the reported content, profile, message or context.
- Restriction, suspension or deletion of the account concerned depending on the severity of the facts.
- Immediate removal or disabling of access to content suspected of being CSAM.
- Retention of the necessary material as evidence, where required or permitted by the applicable framework.
- Reporting to the competent authorities or authorised organisations, in accordance with applicable laws.
Zero tolerance
Any content suspected of being CSAM is immediately removed or made inaccessible, retained as evidence where the applicable framework permits or requires it, and reported to the competent authorities.
Legal compliance and cooperation with authorities
WonderLive is committed to complying with the laws applicable to the protection of minors, data protection and online content moderation, in particular where these texts apply to its activity and the countries concerned.
Frameworks taken into account
- GDPR — enhanced protection of minors' data.
- LCEN — obligations relating to illegal online content.
- Applicable rules on the protection of minors, minimum age and parental controls.
- COPPA where applicable.
- Digital Services Act (DSA) where applicable.
Competent authorities and organisations

- Law enforcement, judicial authorities or competent authorities depending on the country and situation.
Cooperation with authorities takes place according to the applicable legal framework, the nature of the report, the relevant jurisdiction and the official channels available.
Privacy, data and account deletion
Reports and moderation actions may require the limited processing of data related to the account, content, profile, reported messages or context strictly necessary for the review.
WonderLive limits internal access to the information necessary for handling reports, user safety, abuse prevention and compliance with its legal obligations.
Parents or legal guardians can request the deletion of a minor's account. For more information, see the dedicated page: Account and data deletion.
