This Policy explains how WonderLive Sàrl uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and, where applicable, in its digital services.
It should be read together with the Privacy Policy, the Account deletion page and the applicable safety pages.
WonderLive limits the use of cookies to the operation of the service, the storage of your preferences and, only with your consent where required, an audience measurement intended to improve the experience.
A simple principle
Necessary cookies allow the site to function. Non-essential cookies must not be used without consent where the law requires it. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies.

This page concerns browsing on wonderlive.io, the public WonderLive pages and the storage or measurement technologies that may accompany the use of the service.
What this page covers
Essential cookies, consent preferences, Matomo audience measurement after acceptance, local storage needed for certain settings and similar technologies.
What this page does not make active
This page does not mean that advertising, advertising pixels, retargeting, live, payments, VIBES, tips, wallet, in-app purchases, withdrawals, creator revenue or commercial modules are active.

These cookies or storage are necessary for the operation of the site, security, stability or to remember your consent choice. They are not used for personalised advertising.

The cookie banner lets you clearly choose between accepting or refusing non-essential cookies.
Accept
Allows the loading of the planned non-essential cookies, notably Matomo audience measurement if it is configured as non-essential.
Refuse
Prevents the loading of non-essential cookies. Necessary cookies remain used to operate the site.
Saved choice
Your choice is stored in a WonderLive consent cookie to avoid asking you on every visit. You can change this choice by deleting the browser cookies or via the settings offered when available.
Matomo audience measurement
WonderLive may use Matomo to understand the use of the site and improve the experience. Matomo must be configured cautiously and must not be used as an advertising tool.

Expected configuration
Matomo must not be loaded before acceptance if audience measurement is subject to consent. The data must not be used for advertising retargeting.
Analytics tools not currently used
The following tools are not declared as active in the current public version. Adding them would require an update of this policy, the privacy policy and, where required, the cookie banner.

No data sale
WonderLive does not sell your personal data to advertisers.
Technologies similar to cookies
Some technologies are not cookies in the strict sense, but may store information on your device or in your browser.
Local Storage
May be used to locally store certain interface settings or technical preferences. It must not be used for hidden advertising tracking.
Session storage
May be used temporarily for the operation of a page or a journey. It generally disappears when the tab or browser is closed.
Transparency
These technologies must respect the same principles: minimisation, security, proportionality and consent where required.
Mobile advertising identifiers
The first public/store build must not present mobile advertising identifiers as active.

Social buttons and external links
Icons or links to social networks may open third-party sites. These services then apply their own privacy and cookie policies.
WonderLive rule
A simple outbound link must not preload a third-party advertising pixel on the WonderLive page. If a third-party tool is added later, it will have to be declared and subject to consent where required.
Emails, newsletters and communications
Service, safety or support communications may be sent without being treated as non-essential marketing. Marketing communications must comply with the applicable consent and unsubscribe rules.
Service emails
Information related to the account, safety, support, important changes or a user request.
Marketing emails
Only under the conditions permitted by law, with the ability to unsubscribe where applicable.
Email pixels
No marketing pixel must be presented as active without privacy validation and consistency with the tools actually used.
Security, fraud and abuse
Certain technical logs or security signals may be necessary to protect the service, prevent abuse, detect anomalies and handle reports.
Authorised use
Service security, abuse prevention, account protection, technical analysis, necessary logging and handling of reports.
Limit
This data must not be turned into advertising profiling or non-essential tracking without a legal basis and clear information.

Minors, parents and consent
When the user is a minor, WonderLive applies reinforced rules. Non-essential cookies must not be used in a way incompatible with age, parental consent or the applicable local rules.
Reinforced protection
The minor/parent journeys must remain consistent with the Child Safety page and the Parents page.
Principle
Non-essential measurement and marketing communications concerning minors must be handled with reinforced vigilance and according to applicable law.
Retention periods
Retention periods depend on the type of cookie, its purpose and your consent choice.

Effect of refusal
Refusing non-essential cookies does not block access to the site. Necessary functions continue to work.
