A clearer framework to support your child online.
WonderLive is a social app in early access. This page explains simply how we handle age, parental consent, supervision, reporting, privacy and sensitive features.
WonderLive doesn’t replace family dialogue, but aims to offer clearer cues for young people and their parents alike.
Sensitive features only evolve when they are framed, tested and clearly indicated as active.
You should be able to understand what your child can do and how to act.
A more useful social network must also be more readable for families. WonderLive aims to make rules, settings and limits easier to understand, without needless jargon or unrealistic promises.
Age-appropriate access
Young people’s journeys are framed by age, country and applicable rules, with parental consent or supervision where required.
Simple actions if there's a problem
Report content, block a profile, find the right contacts: the important actions must stay accessible and understandable.
Privacy explained
Privacy, account deletion and sensitive settings must be presented clearly, with dedicated pages.
Careful evolution
Sensitive features are opened only when they are ready, framed and clearly explained.
WonderCare is a social and educational impact program; the safety of minors falls under the Trust & Safety, parental and legal framework — two distinct things.
Who can access what, and with what consent.
Rules vary by country, age and feature. The principle, though, doesn't change: no access to sensitive uses without an appropriate framework.
Minimum age
Access respects the minimum age applicable in your country. A date of birth may be requested to apply the right level of protection.
Parental link
When a minor account requires supervision, enabling certain features may depend on a validated parental link.
Guardrails, not surveillance
The goal is to give families cues, settings and clear actions, without turning the experience into permanent monitoring.
Concretely: what your child can do, and what they can't.
Basic social uses (open, according to the account framework)
- Discover and get orientedCreate a profile and explore content, within the framework set by age, country and account settings.
- Interact within a defined frameworkPost, comment or exchange, within the limits set by the app and the community rules.
- React if there's a problemReport, block and limit unwanted interactions.
Sensitive features, closed to minors
- Tips, VIBES, payments, wallet, in-app purchases, withdrawals and creator revenue are not available to minors in the first public experience.
- Live, subscriptions, marketplace, advertising and commercial formats must not be considered open until they are clearly indicated as active.
- Any future economic evolution will have to be framed separately before being considered for young accounts.
You know what to do, where to go, and which limits to keep in mind.
Reporting
Problematic content, a profile or an exchange can be reported, to be reviewed according to WonderLive's rules.
Blocking
Blocking limits unwanted interactions with a profile. It doesn't replace a report when the situation is serious.
Safety contacts
For anything about minors, safety or privacy, dedicated pages and contacts point you to the steps.
These tools replace neither family dialogue nor emergency services if a child is in immediate danger.
What's collected, why, and how to act.
On these topics, clarity matters as much as technology.
No targeted advertising
The first public experience is built without targeted advertising, without importing your contacts and without system location.
Messages and safety
Exchanges can be reported. Safety-related processing stays limited to what's necessary to review a situation.
Account deletion
A dedicated page explains the process. Some data may be retained when law or safety requires it.
A progressive rollout, with clear limits.
First uses
Profiles, content, comments, text messages, reporting and blocking, according to the account framework.
Family feedback
Gather parents' expectations and the friction points of the first youth journeys.
Continuous improvement
Strengthen alerts, settings, guidance and public documents across versions.
Install WonderLive and judge for yourself.
The app is available in early access on Android. An iOS version via TestFlight is planned subject to availability. Discover the experience, the cues designed for families and the limits set for young accounts.
- A readable framework: age, parental consent, reporting, blocking.
- Guardrails to support, without permanent surveillance.
- Sensitive features stay closed to younger users.
- A progressive rollout, improved with family feedback.
It’s an early-access version: not everything is final, and parents’ input counts to improve the framework.
The questions parents ask.
Some uses may be open to young people with an appropriate framework: age, country, parental consent where required, supervision, and limited sensitive features.
No, and that's a choice: the approach isn't permanent surveillance, but guardrails, settings and clear actions when something is a problem.
No by default. Tips, VIBES, payments, wallet, in-app purchases, withdrawals and creator revenue are not available to minors. Any sensitive evolution will have to be framed separately.
Use the reporting and blocking tools. For topics about minors, safety or privacy, the dedicated pages point you to the steps.
The Privacy Policy, the Content Policy, the Child Safety page, Account Deletion and the Terms are the detailed references.
This page helps you understand the general framework; the legal and safety pages remain the detailed references.
