Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website, the mobile app and the WonderLive services when they are available.

By creating an account, using WonderLive or accessing its services, the user accepts these terms, as well as the complementary documents applicable when published and accessible on the WonderLive website.

WonderLive is a mobile social platform intended to allow the creation of a profile, the publication of content, content discovery, comments, community interactions, text messaging when available, reporting and safety tools.

The features presented on the site or in the app may evolve according to versions, tests, technical constraints, store rules and safety requirements.

The user must provide accurate, up-to-date and non-misleading information when creating or using their account.

• a single personal or professional account per legitimate use, unless agreed or via a dedicated feature;
• impersonating a person, a brand or an organisation is prohibited;
• obligation to keep credentials confidential;
• responsibility for the activity carried out from the account, except where fraudulent use is proven and reported promptly.

Access to WonderLive may be subject to a minimum age depending on the country of residence and the applicable rules. The date of birth may be requested in order to apply the appropriate protections.

Minor accounts may be subject to parental linking, limited permissions or specific restrictions, in particular for social features and sensitive features.

• parents or guardians may request information or actions related to a minor’s account;
• features related to tips, gifts, payments or monetisation are disabled by default for minors unless specifically validated in the future.

WonderLive must be used in a fair, respectful, lawful manner compatible with the safety of users and communities.

• respect other users;
• do not harass, intimidate, threaten or manipulate;
• do not publish illegal, dangerous, hateful, sexual, sexualised, pornographic content or content infringing the rights of others;
• do not bypass safety, moderation, reporting or restriction systems;
• do not use WonderLive for spam, fraud, scam, scraping, abusive automation or unauthorised commercial exploitation.

The user remains responsible for the content they publish, transmit, comment on or share on WonderLive.

By publishing content, the user confirms they hold the necessary rights and authorise WonderLive to host, display, technically process and distribute it within the normal operation of the service.

The user must not publish, upload or reuse, without authorisation, works, music, sounds, videos, images, photographs, excerpts, texts, trademarks, logos, artistic creations, performances or content belonging to third parties.

The following are notably prohibited:

• the exploitation or sexual abuse of minors, the solicitation of minors, grooming, sextortion and any CSAM/CSAE content;
• sexual, sexualised, pornographic or exploitative content, whether the content targets adults or minors;
• hateful, violent, terrorist, threatening content or content inciting violence;
• harassment, manipulation, targeted humiliation or predatory behaviour;
• fraudulent, misleading or impersonating content or content intended to obtain personal data;
• content infringing privacy, copyright, neighbouring rights, trademarks, image rights or the rights of an artist, creator, performer, producer or third party;
• attempts to bypass moderation, blocking, suspension or age restrictions.

WonderLive provides reporting and blocking mechanisms when these features are available in the app or via public contact channels.

Reports relating to safety, minors, illegal content or serious risks are handled with priority attention, without this replacing recourse to the competent authorities in case of immediate danger.

WonderLive may review, restrict, hide, remove or make inaccessible a piece of content, a profile, an interaction or an account when necessary to protect users, comply with the law, enforce its rules or prevent abuse.

• removal or disabling of access to content;
• temporary or permanent suspension of an account;
• reporting to the competent authorities when the applicable framework requires or allows it.

Some decisions may be subject to a request for review depending on context, severity and available means.

The trademarks, logos, graphic elements, interfaces, texts, visuals, site structure and elements specific to WonderLive belong to WonderLive Sàrl or its rightsholders, unless stated otherwise.

Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, reuse or exploitation of WonderLive elements is prohibited.

Content belonging to third parties, notably music, sounds, videos, images, photographs, artistic works, excerpts, trademarks, logos, performances or content of creators, artists, performers, producers or partners, remains subject to the rights of their respective holders.

The user must hold the necessary authorisations before publishing or reusing third-party content on WonderLive. WonderLive may restrict, remove or make inaccessible content in case of a report, serious doubt or an alleged infringement of a third party’s rights.

Using WonderLive may involve the processing of personal data necessary for the operation of the service, safety, account management, support, moderation, reports, audience measurement and compliance with applicable obligations.

The user can request the deletion of their account according to the procedures provided by WonderLive, notably from the app when the feature is available or from the dedicated page.

Some information may be retained temporarily when necessary for safety, abuse prevention, evidence, legal obligations or the integrity of exchanges, within the limits set by the Privacy Policy.

WonderLive may evolve, correct, suspend, limit or modify certain features for reasons of safety, quality, compliance, maintenance, testing or product strategy.

No permanent availability, absence of error, specific performance, revenue, visibility, audience, conversion or economic result is guaranteed.

Any functions related to revenue or payments, notably tips, VIBES, subscriptions, creator revenue, campaigns, marketplace or brand-related services, may be subject to distinct specific conditions.

As long as they are not activated, validated and framed by dedicated conditions, these features must be considered unavailable or in preparation. The applicable specialised rules, where they exist and are published, prevail over this general framework.

WonderLive implements reasonable means to offer a safe, consistent and compliant service, but cannot guarantee the total absence of errors, interruptions, abusive user behaviour or problematic content.

The user is responsible for their use of the service, the content they publish and the consequences of any use contrary to these terms, the law or third-party rights.

WonderLive may contain links to external sites, services, stores, social networks, providers or resources. These services may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

WonderLive is not responsible for the content, operation or privacy practices of independent third-party services.
